1. IN GENERAL

1.1 This policy on the processing of personal data (the "Privacy Policy") describes how PT. Oui Are Kosame collects and processes information about you.

1.2 The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through Kōsame, www.wearekosame.com.

1.3PT. Yes Are Kosame is the controller of your personal data. All inquiries to Kōsame should be made via the contact information listed in Section 7.

2. KOSAME COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

2.1 What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

2.1.1 When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you, such as the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on our website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimize conversion on the website, improve it and undertake targeted marketing.

These companies are data processors, which are commissioned by us and process data for which we are responsible. The data processors are not allowed to use the data for any purpose other than the performance of their contract with us, and they are subject to data confidentiality.

Appropriate safeguards for the transfer of information to the United States are provided by the certification of the data processor under the EU-US Privacy Shield. 4.7 The right to object

4.7.1 You have the right at any time, for specific reasons, to object to the processing of your personal data that we collect in order to improve the functionality of the website and the layout, see Article 2.1.1.

4.7.2 You also have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes, see Article 2.1.3.

4.7.3 If you object to the processing, we are no longer allowed to process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for further processing.

4.8 The right to revoke consent

5. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 We will automatically delete the information we have stored about you, however, to meet regulatory requirements, including the requirements of accounting legislation (5 years from the end of the accounting period) and consumer legislation (the 2 year warranty period), we may retain certain personal data for longer.

5.2 Information collected under your consent that we may send to you by email will be deleted if you revoke your consent, except where we are permitted to continue processing, see clause 2.
