By visting our website you accept that all communication with Kosame is primarily by email.
After finalizing an order with payment, you will receive an automated email from Kosame which confirms that we have received your order. Please note that this email is not a final acceptance of your order. When the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a final confirmation and receipt via email. The receipt will only include the listed items. Kosame is therefore not liable for delivering other items which have been part of the order but have sold out. A separate receipt or invoice on those remaining items will be sent to you.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices for products displayed in the webshop are correct. All prices are including tax but do not include freight cost. The freight cost will be confirmed at checkout when the delivery address has been completed.

The chosen payment card has to be in the name of the buyer. All payment card holders are subject to validation control and approval from the card provider. If the transaction is not approved the order will be canceled.

By using a foreign payment card, a fee might be added in relation to the total amount. The fee will depend on the type of payment card which will be confirmed at checkout.

When the goods leave our warehouse for delivery, the payment will be drawn from the chosen payment.


Kosame retains title to the products until payment for the products and freight has been made.


Kosame reserves the right to change the prices and delivery terms without prior notification. These changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted by a receipt or invoice via email.


Price mistakes:
Kosame reserves the right to correct mistakes in pricing, if they are obviously wrong. This entails prices being very high/low compared to similar products, and how the price level is at the current point in time. Changes may be made to orders already confirmed, as some mistakes cannot be noticed until order confirmation is created.


We always strive to keep prices 100% up to date, and we apologize for any inconveniences you may experience in relation to a price correction.


It’s important to us that you feel safe when shopping online at kosame. All payment data which is sent between the browser and kosame will be encrypted.  In the top left corner of your browser, you can see if an internet site is encrypted and all encryption takes place via a SSL-server (Secure Socket Server). It means that all information will be sent via a third party secure connection and your bank information cannot be seen or read by any outsider.  


The webshop - wearekosame.com – features the entire Kōsame collection. If a product is not in stock, it will appear as unavailable, in the product display in the webshop. In some cases it will be possible to sign up to receive a reminder, as soon as a product is back in stock and in that case  will send you an email with information about when the product is back in stock.  


If you have signed up to receive a reminder, and/or paid for a product which is subsequently out of stock or discontinued, the order for this product will be canceled and payment will be returned to you.


The product information in our webshop has an exact description to match each product. Every effort is made to ensure that the product corresponds as closely as possible to the pictures displayed online. However, variations can occur. These could include, but are not limited to, slight differences in shades of fabric, color, texture or dimensions of products.


1.1 This policy on the processing of personal data (the “Privacy policy”) describes how PT. Oui Are Kosame collects and processes information about you.

1.2 The privacy policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through Kōsame’s website, www.wearekosame.com.

1.3 PT. Oui Are Kosame is the data controller of your personal data. All enquiries to Kōsame must be made through the contact information listed under article 7.

2.1 What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

2.1.1 When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you, e.g. about the type of browser you are using, what search terms you use on our website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimise the conversion on the website, improve it and undertake targeted marketing.

2.1.2 When you purchase a product on the website, we collect information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about the products you buy and possibly have returned with the aim to be able to deliver products to you and for the use of meeting our reporting obligations.

2.1.3 When you subscribe to our newsletter, you expressly consent that we may collect the information that you provide to us, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

2.1.4 We will use the information that we collect in connection with your subscription to the newsletter for direct marketing, including to inform you about our products and news.

2.2 What is the basis for the collection?

2.2.1 The collection of information, as mentioned in article

2.1.1, is necessary for us to manage our interests in improving the features of the website and its layout and to give you relevant offers.

2.2.2 We only use your IP address to determine your geographic location.

2.2.3 The collection of information, as mentioned in article

2.1.2, is necessary for us to fulfil our agreement with you. (artikel 6 (1) (b) of the personal Data Regulation)

2.2.4 We collect only the information referred to in article

2.1.3 if you expressly consent to this. (artikel 6 (1) (a) of the personal Data Regulation)

3.1 We use external companies to, among other things, handle the technical operation of the website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with the execution of targeted marketing and improvement of the website. These companies are data processors, who are instructed by us and who process data, for which we are responsible. The data processors are not allowed to use the data for any purpose other than the performance of their contract with us, and they are subject to confidentiality about the data.

3.2 One of these data processors, Google Analytics of Google Inc, is established in the United States. Appropriate safeguards for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor’s certification under EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. 4.1 In order to create transparency in the processing of your data, we must, as a data controller, inform you about your rights.

4.2 The right of access

4.2.1 You are at any time entitled in writing to ask us for information about, among other things, what information we have on file about you, the purpose of the registration, the categories of possible personal data and information recipients that may exist, as well as information about the origin of the information.

4.2.2 You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal data, please send a written request to hello@wearekosame.com along with documentation that you are the person in question.

4.3 The right of rectification

4.3.1 You are entitled to have inaccurate personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have on file about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing, so the information can be corrected.

4.3.2 Via the sign-in to your user profile you have the opportunity by yourself to correct information that we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter.

4.4 The right to erasure

4.4.1 In some cases you have the right to get all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if you revoke your consent to your subscription to our newsletter. To the extent that the processing of your data is necessary, e.g. in order to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.

4.5 The right to restriction of processing

4.5.1 You have, in some cases, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to only consist of storage, e.g., if you believe that the information we process about you is not correct.

4.6 The right of data portability

4.6.1 You are entitled to have your personal data delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer the data to a different data controller when we collect your personal data in connection with: ● your purchase of a product from us, see article 2.1.2, or ● your consent for our use of your IP address to determine your geographical location, see article 2.2.2, or ● your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, see article 2.1.3.

4.7 The right to object

4.7.1 At any time you have the right for special reasons to object to our processing of your personal data that we collect in order to improve the functionality of the website and the layout, see article 2.1.1.

4.7.2 You also at any time have the right to object to our processing of your personal data that we process for the purposes of direct marketing, see article 2.1.3.

4.7.3 If you object to the processing, we are no longer entitled to process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate legitimate reasons to continue processing.

4.8 The right to revoke consent

4.8.1 You have at any time the right to revoke your consent for our use of your IP address to determine your geographical location, see article 2.2.2, and your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, see article 2.1.3. If you revoke your consent, please be aware that we, in some cases, may be eligible to continue the processing, see article 2. In such cases, you will be informed accordingly.

5.1 We will automatically delete the information that we have on file about you, however, to meet regulatory requirements, including requirements in the accounting legislation (5 years from the end of the accounting year) and the consumer legislation (the 2-year guarantee period), we may store certain personal data for a longer period of time.

5.2 Information collected in connection with your provision of your consent that we may send you marketing by e-mail will be deleted if you revoke your consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing, see article 2.

5.3 If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your information will be deleted.

6.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures that personal data cannot accidentally or illegally be destroyed, lost, modified or impaired, and that it is not unauthorisedly disclosed or misused.

6.2 Only employees, who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their job, have access to it.

8.1 We are at any time entitled to make changes in this Privacy policy. If we make changes in the Privacy policy, you will be informed of this at your next visit to the website.
We deliver items to France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Indonesia. All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Java, Indonesia, where it is carefully prepared and packed. All delivery times depend on the country of destination.
Please note that the delivery times are only estimates and may unavoidably be extended by bad weather conditions, bank holidays, holiday seasons or busy periods in general.
 Unfortunately we don’t have the option to change the delivery address if we have already processed the order.
When ordering heavy furniture, we would like to point out that the delivery is to the pavement of your property therefore we recommend that you arrange assistance to help carry the furniture into your home.
Please note that Kosame are not responsible for any additional cost caused directly or indirectly by force majeure events such as strike, lockout or other situations over which tinekhome have no control.
Freight costs
Freight costs will be added to your order upon checkout. The freight costs will depend on the amount of the order.
Please note: large/or fragile items will require special arrangements during transportation and might therefore incur an additional freight cost.
All costs with reference to your order will be listed at checkout before payment.

As tax varies from country to country unfortunately we are unable to confirm the amount you will have to pay in tax.

We recommend you to contact Custom Office from your country for more information about the tax rules in your country.

PT. Oui Are Kosame is not responsible for any duty or taxes. 


 You can always track your order as a tracking number will be listed in a email to you when the order has been dispatched.

You will be able to track your order including the date for delivery. 


We can only return money to the card owner who payed for the item - it can take up to 5 days for the money to transfer between banks. You can also choose to receive a voucher. When we receive return at our stock, we will create a voucher for you to use on wearekosame.com


It’s important to us that you receive the best service possible and that all our products meet your expectations. Should you unexpectedly have received a defect or wrong item, please send an email to hello@wearekosame.com


If you want to report a claim, the form below will have to be completed. Photos of the damaged product or product with defects will be needed to support your claim. The photos are important to us as we use them as proof to show to our suppliers and freight forwarders.


Please note that any damage that is visible on delivery should be notified immediately. Any damage which is discovered after unpacking must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email to hello@wearekosame.com


If the claim is accepted, Kosame will cover the cost of a new replacement product. If the replacement product is not available, the price of the product will be credited to the customer within 30 days. Please note that some replacement products can be subject to tax which are not covered by Kosame.


If a product is damaged more severely, please complete the claim procedure including photos and send it to the customer service department before sending the product back. Kosame will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed.


The buyer will cover the cost for return freight if a product is returned to Kosame without any confirmation that the claim form has been – and can be - approved by Kosame.
