If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, the shipping method will be specified. We offer standard & premium delivery.

For Standard Delivery, the delivery company will deliver the merchandise to your curb : the price does not include delivery to upstairs areas or installation.

 

Premium Delivery allows you to choose to drop off the package in the room of your choice. For deliveries beyond the 3rd floor without a lift or concerning products that are too bulky to pass in the lift, please notify our customer service and our carrier when making contact so that they can take the necessary measures (additional delivery person) to carry it out in the best possible safety conditions. If necessary, our delivery person may not be able and/or refuse to deliver to you.
Please note: packaging is not removed by the carrier.

 

 

Remember to take the measurements of your rooms, door frames, stairwells and any other access points to your home before ordering, to ensure that the packages and the products they contain are suitable. to your space and can be delivered to your home and the place where you want to install them.

 

Your order will be delivered by a truck. Shipments are palletized, double-boxed and/or wrapped with a layer of bubbles in order to prevent shipping damages and to ensure maximum protection to ensure maximum protection.

Before placing your order, you must check the dimensions of the products to make sure they can be delivered via normal access to the area where you intend to set them up.

You will be given an estimated delivery date when you place your order on the website.

If the shippers cannot deliver the products on the agreed date because you are not at home or if they were not informed of special delivery requirements, you may have to pay additional delivery charges and/or your order may be canceled.

IMPORTANT:
When you receive your order please VERIFY THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS in front of the delivery person. If a product arrives at your location and it is damaged, you do not have anything to worry about, simply refuse the damaged item, and Kosame will either ship you out a replacement unit or credit you for the damaged item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of the product delivery date.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. 

We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Kosame reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Orders cannot be canceled once the order is processed for shipping.
